Fine vintage old master style drawing in the style of Pozzi of the story of Boreas and Orithyia. Orithyia is a famous Greek myth about the god of the north wind who falls in love with and abducts an Athenian princess.

Condition: Excellent; some smudging and toning to the paper. Edge format line.

Dimensions: 39.8 cm x 29 cm, slightly bigger than 15,7" x 11". Frame and mat not included.

Medium: Pencil heightened with chalks, on warm grey paper. Sold without frame and mat. 

Provenance: Presumed to be a later hand-drawn student study or later-century artist copy.
